Mayflower On Main M.O.M. provides award winning assisted living care in a gracious family setting in historic L Short-term respite stays or long-term stays are available.

Our fabulous trained caregivers provide around the clock care based on each individuals needs along with medication administration, homecooked meals, a life enrichment program and we have a physician practice which makes "house" calls for ease of care. Our residents enjoy watching the world go by on their beautiful front porch in historic Lexington which allows them to safely interact with locals, visitors and students alike!
