Brian Wiley – Sports Rehabilitation Specialist
With over 22 years of therapy experience, Brian Wiley has been dedicated to serving Columbia, SC, and the surrounding communities. As a former college and professional baseball player, Brian brings a unique perspective to athletic rehab, focusing on helping athletes—from elementary age to the professional level—safely return to play.
Brian’s expertise in biomechanics allows him to identify the root causes of injury, guide targeted treatment, and, most importantly, implement strategies to prevent future injuries. During his 22-year tenure at his previous clinic, Brian played a pivotal role in developing and leading comprehensive sports and return-to-play programs for athletes at all levels.
