✨ Meet Dr. Tyler Bragg, DC ✨

Many of you already know Dr. Bragg, as he completed part of his preceptorship and training with us here at Arena Chiropractic. He will be helping provide coverage while Dr. Arena is injured and healing up.

He will start seeing patients January 19th and we will be able to start scheduling with him as soon as next week

Born & raised in Campbellsville, KY, Dr. Bragg grew up as a multi-sport athlete 🏈⚾️🥇

His passion for sports and science led him to earn:
🎓 BS in Biology (Chemistry minor)
🎓 Doctor of Chiropractic — Summa Cum Laude (May 2025)

Through an intensive clinical internship, Dr. Bragg trained under top chiropractors and developed a patient-centered approach focused on strength, movement, and long-term results.

With a strong athletic background, he loves helping young athletes and patients of all ages feel better, move better, and regain confidence in their bodies 💪

Outside the office, you’ll find him with his wife Micah, son Nolan (2), chocolate lab Piper (9) 🐾

Dr. Arena injury update

My left triceps unfortunately has fully detached recently as a sequelae from my truck accident last year

I also have some concerning things going on with my neck that will be looked into further

We appreciate evervone's patience. I am stil treating on a limited basis, just relying on Dr. Skiljan and our preceptors for help

What do all these sprinters have in common?

Big Glutes and big Hamstrings

Most lower leg issues stem from not using your hips properly.

Walking is a multi-step process.

The first video you can see me "walking from the knees down", or basically thinking about pushing off the back leg which leads to calf/shin and foot problems

The second video albeit exaggerated, shows how our front leg is supposed to pull ourselves forward in motion, which will engage the lower glutes and high hamstrings.

Start slow and exaggerate the pull through and slowly pick up speed making sure you feel yours glutes engaging each step
