The Training Innovation Project (TIP) at the University of Kentucky Human Development Institute is inviting rehabilitation professionals from across the country to share their input through a brief, anonymous survey.

We want to better understand your needs and interests related to employer engagement—so we can create training and resources that truly support your work.

Home Modification Program
HDI CATS is sharing information about a low-cost home modification program funded by an Lexington Fayette Urban County Government (LFUCG) grant and partnered with Bluegrass Care Navigators. The program helps older adults make their homes safer so they can age in place.

Who is eligible:
• Adults 62+
• Low-income (up to 80% area median income)
• Live in Fayette County
• Individualized home assessments

Possible Modifications Can Include:
• Grab bars and handrails in bathrooms or along stairs
• Non-slip flooring to reduce fall risk
• Improved lighting for better visibility
• Ramps for easier mobility
• Door and window adjustments for accessibility
