We've got some exciting news to share with our community!

Please help us give a warm welcome to Erin Schmitt, PA-C, who will be joining the FHW Family in May 2026 as a Primary Care Provider.

Erin will be accepting new patients and looks forward to caring for the members of our wonderful community.
