Last week Liberty Dayton Regional Medical Center hosted our annual holiday party and awards ceremony for our outstanding employees! As we celebrated another year of faithful and dedicated service to our community, we had the privilege of witnessing something special! ACPHealth honored Dr. Taroyan with their Hero Award.

This recognition is a testament to his dedication, compassion, and unwavering commitment to patient care. Dr. Taroyan consistently goes above and beyond for our community, our hospital, and every individual he serves.

Please join us in congratulating Dr. Taroyan on this well-deserved honor. We are proud to have him as part of the Liberty-Dayton Medical Center family!

We proudly present Liberty Dayton Regional Medical Center's employee of the year, Sandy! You may remember Sandy from our recent November employee of the month post. Sandy has been voted our 2025 Employee of the year! Her incredible personality, work ethic, and compassion are unparalleled! Her peers shared story after story of her kindness, dependability, and the way she lifts others up without ever expecting recognition. Sandy leads with heart, shows up with purpose, and makes our facility better every single day. We are so proud to honor her! Thank you, Sandy, for leading with love and care!

Holiday health fair prize drawing!

Today is the day!

Liberty Dayton Regional Medical Center’s third annual Holiday Health is today! We are so excited! Join us any time from now until 1pm at Liberty City Hall, located at 1829 Sam Houston St.

This is a free public event! We will have a wide variety of organizations and programs on site to share helpful information on health, wellness, safety, and community services.

Light refreshments will be provided and Sweet Scoops Dayton will be there serving up scoops of delicious ice cream!

Several first responder agencies will be showcasing their emergency equipment, and, weather permitting, we will welcome HCA AIRLIFE as they land their helicopter for everyone to see up close. LifeShare Blood Centerwill also be hosting a blood drive during the event.

Santa Claus will be here at 1030 so bring your phone or camera!
There will be a FREE raffle drawing, and every person who attends will be eligible to win great prizes provided by our vendors. There will also be a children's coloring contest and the winner will receive a sweet prize donated by Goodness & Grace

What a wonderful time we had at the Lights in Liberty parade last night! As a refreshments sponsor, we had the pleasure of preparing and providing meals for almost 400 people! We had so much fun building our parade float and seeing all the smiling faces! We hope you will join us at our booth next Tuesday for Lights in Liberty!

What a season to remember! Our Hardin Hornets have rolled through the playoffs with grit, heart, and incredible focus, taking down the Crockett Bulldogs and the Hitchcock Bulldogs along the way. And now, tonight, they face the Yoakum Bulldogs in the Regional Semi-Finals!

At this point, we’re starting to think the Hornets might just be the official bulldog wranglers. Our Hornets, have handled every challenge with determination and pride!

As your hometown hospital, Liberty Dayton Regional Medical Center is so proud of this historic run. These student-athletes continue to inspire us with their teamwork, resilience, and the way they’re representing our community with class. They continue to make our entire community beam with pride.

Tonight, we’re cheering them on with everything we’ve got, and we know the stands, the sidelines, and the whole community are buzzing with Hornet energy.
