🍽️ Parents, study after study has made it clear that having regular unplugged meals together as a family is linked to behaviors all parents want in their kids:
- Lower rates of substance use & depression
- Better peer relationships
- More self-esteem
- Better grades!
😀 If you have just four, 20-minute meals with your family a week, the benefits will add up!

⚠️ Kratom and 7-OH are often marketed in gas stations, v**e shops, and online in bright packaging as “natural” or “herbal,” but they can act like powerful opioids and carry real risks—especially for youth.
👉 Up has put together a short, straightforward Insight to help parents understand what these substances are, why they’re dangerous, and how to talk with teens about them.
