Bowing walls, shifting brick, and separation in joints mean the structure can no longer properly support its weight.

At this point, collapse can happen suddenly, putting surrounding properties and the community at serious risk.
Addressing these issues early allows for safe, controlled work. Waiting too long turns it into a hazardous, emergency situation.

At Freeman Masonry LLC, we take every precaution to handle these structures with care, protecting both the building and the people around it. We’re now nearing the final stages of this demolition, with cleanup underway and the site being made safe and secure for what’s next.

Freeman Masonry LLC is currently in the middle of a south-facing demolition and rebuild of Brick Veneer in Richmond, MO.

Our team carefully shored up the structure and installed reinforced block columns to stabilize a building that was nearing structural failure. With the building now properly secured, we’re able to safely begin the storefront demolition removing brick by brick to prepare for the next phase of restoration. Stay tuned!
