We here at Liberty Health Care Center strive to care for the resident's of our community with a heart of service and caring. We offer both short and long-term care nursing services, physical, occupational, and speech therapy, wound care, IV therapy, trach and respiratory care, fun and exciting outings and activities, just to name a few of our services. 🍁 Happy Thanksgiving from Liberty Health Care Center! 🦃

Today we gathered together as a family to celebrate one of our favorite traditions—sharing gratitude, good food, and fellowship with the people who mean the most to us.

Our residents, their families, and our wonderful staff enjoyed a beautiful Thanksgiving meal together, complete with laughter, warm conversations, and moments that remind us just how much we have to be thankful for. ❤️

At our nonprofit Liberty Health Care Center, we are grateful every single day for the trust our families place in us, the strength and spirit of our residents, and the dedication of the team who serves them with compassion.

Thank you to everyone who joined us today and to our staff who prepared such a special celebration.

🌸 Spreading Joy & Blossoms at Brighter Days! 🌸

This week, our very own Administrator, Brenda Mahan, spent a heartwarming afternoon with the wonderful residents at Brighter Days Assisted Living—and what a beautiful day it was!

Brenda led a touching devotional that filled the room with peace and reflection, and then got hands-on helping the residents create their very own flower pots to brighten up their porches. 🌼💖

The smiles, laughter, and creativity made this a truly special experience for everyone involved. It’s moments like these that remind us how powerful connection, kindness, and a little potting soil can be!🌿✨
