I opened Studio Elevate Fit in January of 2022 so that women would have a safe space to use movement to improve the quality of their life.
We believe in health at every size and we want to help you fall in love with the body you have right now. This isn’t a popular philosophy in the fitness world—gyms and studios are much more profitable when they promise physical transformations with quick fixes and an element of shame/guilt. We knew that by not following that formula our growth would be slower, but it would also be steadfast. We are grateful to have a community of clients who not only love the exceptional fitness experiences we provide but ultimately feel the long term transformation of their mental and emotional health.

For me personally, I am grateful that you chose this small business. I get an email notification for every transaction—which means I get constant reminders of the commitment you are making to yourself and the longevity of the studio. Even after 4 years, I still get a little rush of gratitude and excitement when I see someone signs up for their first class or becomes a member.
