If you’re having a hard time right now...
This time of year starts getting really hard for my mental and emotional health. It’s confusing because it’s not as dark as it was in November and it’s warmer than it was in January and yet I feel more anxiety in my body and a greater sense of overwhelm without being able to pinpoint what’s getting under my skin. Perhaps you feel this way now—or perhaps you’ve felt this way before. If this feeling resonates, join me in these practices in calming your central nervous system and giving yourself grace.
1. Do less.
Identify the singular, true priority if the day and consider it a win if it get’s done. Remember, productivity responds better to kindness than a whip.
2. Move your body,
