And last but not least, we have Dr Beggi and her favorite Standard Process Inc. products!

For years I have absolutely loved SP Power Mix. I love the taste of it and the fact that it helps me reach my weekly vegetable goals!

This year as a new mom I find myself reaching for Cataplex B-core. It’s a perfect energy boost and it keeps me from having an extra cup of coffee during the day!
I can feel the effects fairly quickly!!

Happy Friday!

Today we have Dr Bosco and his Standard Process Inc. ‘s favorites!

My product is Olprima epa/dha.

This product gives you the Omega 3s that is essential to every cell in the body.
Omega 3’s ( commonly referred to as fish oil ) lower the inflammatory markers of the body which include the brain, heart and joints.
They also serve as antioxidant which decrease the free radicals of the body!
It also helps with mood regulation and contributes to neurological development in children.

Also, it decreases the healing time with brain injuries ( auto accident/ concussions/ dementia etc…)

Standard Process also has an Omega-3 index which can test your omega levels ( which I use myself ).

As always I am still enjoying SP complete protein everyday - like I have for the last 25+ years.

Last year i chose E-Z Mg because it helps me to stay asleep all night. This year I have chosen as my favorite supplement, Boswellia.

I do a lot of gardening throughout the summer and when l've overdone it, which I do a lot, Boswellia helps with my soreness and pain. Sometimes, I even "pre-dose" when I know it's going to be a busy garden day! Boswellia to the rescue for pain and soreness every time.

She has a lot of both chiropractic and supplement knowledge after working in the profession for 3 decades!

As a grandma I see the struggle with keeping little ones healthy. My younger grandkids take Standard Process Children’s Immune every day to stay healthy. Does this mean that they never get sick, no, but they have managed to keep away from antibiotics. And if they do get the start of a cold, there is always SP Congaplex!

As a woman with hormonal imbalance, a normal day was filled with symptoms and worry for my future health.
Chaste tree relieves those symptoms and has made my day to day so much more comfortable.
