This weekend, our very own Dr. Elizabeth Fetscher is taking on her first marathon — the Chicago Marathon! 🎉

Dr. Fetscher brings incredible dedication and perseverance to everything she does, both in her work as an audiologist at Hearing Associates and now in her marathon training. We’re so proud of her commitment, discipline, and drive — qualities that inspire our entire team (and her patients, too!).

This week we had to say goodbye (for now!) to Dr. Lindsey on her last day as an intern at Hearing Associates!

She’s leaving us with more than just great memories — she’s taking home a framed photo of us, so she’ll never forget the team that cheered her on every step of the way. 🖼️💛

As we celebrate with fireworks, music, and fun, don’t forget to protect your ears!

🔊 Fireworks can reach up to 150 dB, which is louder than a jet engine — and that can cause permanent hearing damage.

🎧 Simple steps to stay safe:
✔️ Wear earplugs or noise-canceling earmuffs
✔️ Keep a safe distance from fireworks
✔️ Protect little ears — kids are especially vulnerable!

Let’s keep the celebration loud in spirit, but safe for our hearing.
