Our team is lead by Dr. Michael Loeffler MD who holds medical licenses in the states of New York, North Carolina, and Florida. He began his quest to become an ophthalmologist in 1977, attending McGill University located in Canada. He continued his education at McGill University until 1985, where

he earned his Doctor of Medicine degree. In 1986, he started his residency at the Montreal General Hospital. In 1990, he became a Fellow in Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery after his fellowship at Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital in New York, NY.

Michael Loeffler, MD is Board Certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is widely recognized for his skill in the specialty of Ophthalmology.

Dr. Loeffler graduated from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec with both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. He received his medical degree from McGill University, completing his specialty training in Ophthalmology at McGill University’s Jewish General Hospital. He is Fellowship-trained in Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery from Manhattan Eye, Ear, and Throat Hospital in New York.

Dr. Loeffler is associated with Broward Health North, a division of Broward Health, as well as the Coral Springs Surgical Center where he performs eye and oculoplastics surgery on a weekly basis.
