Coral Bay Recovery Designated Center Of Excellence (COE) by Evernorth (CIGNA)
Coral Bay Recovery in Lighthouse Point, Florida has been designated a Center of Excellence (COE) by Evernorth Insurance (CIGNA). The newly expanded award, which now includes Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs), recognizes mental health treatment programs that meet several benchmarks, including:
- Low seven-day ambulatory follow-up visits by another behavioral health care facility
- Low percentage of patients referred to a higher level of care (e.g., inpatient)
- Low relapse/re-admission rates after discharge
- Low Emergency Department visits
