Happy National Relaxation Day!!! 🤩 Wait … did you even know that was a thing?!?! Did you also know that intentional relaxation has more benefits than just “wow, I feel so good!” If things like a regulated heart rate, increased focus and productivity, lowered stress hormones, and improved self confidence are for you, then RELAXATION IS FOR YOU TOO!
