From the very beginning, Dr. Paul Yoo and team have made it our everyday goal to serve the families of the Garden Island with utmost honesty and respect. We value and treat each of our patients as ohana (family) and friends. Our belief that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure guides us to promote dental education to our patients. Our goal is to partner with you as our patient – helping you maintain optimal oral health and preventing costly dental treatments. We are your local dental office based in Lihue where you will receive an exceptional dental experience assisted by the latest technology and provided from the heart. We maintain a high standard of excellence in all aspects of dental practice and are committed to combining compassionate dental care with pono values – to be kind, fair, honest, and true.
Utilizing modern technology and equipment, we provide all facets of general dentistry for the entire family. Everything from regular exams, cleanings, fillings, root canal therapy, crowns, tooth extraction to surgical placement and restoration of dental implants. We strive to create convenience and comfort under one roof.
Dr. Paul Yoo is a “local boy” from Oahu. He is married to Janie Yoo, an ophthalmologist from California, and is the father of three beautiful children. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. Their passion for international service (primarily medical and dental) work led Drs. Paul and Janie to over 30 countries in bringing healing, sight and relief to those in need. They feel very fortunate to live on Kauai and to be able to raise their children in such a family-friendly environment. Dr. Yoo enjoys the mountains and beaches and desires others to know the Creator of these beautiful wonders.
