It is with mixed emotions that I announce the closing of my massage therapy office and retirement after 18 years in practice. As many of you know, I began an adventure in nursing last year and in order to do new and scary things, I must give up some comfortable things. I wish you all the best!

So Tap Out Cancer has up until now grouped all women into the Adult Group - 15 and up. For those of us “old rollers” wouldn’t sign up because of the age difference and our experience with children. I had a dialogue with a super helpful guy at TOC and there are now Masters Class for all TOC tournaments. This is 30 and up…. Let’s show Jon that this move will drive more women to these events and “old ladies” are looking for competitive events such as this.
