Aware of the tremendous needs that Hispanic/Latino endure when arriving to US communities and the lack of cultural competent and affordable health care services. Portal de Salud is dedicated to connect Hispanic/Latino families who may be newly arrived, low income and or uninsured to community health services and other resources. Through Portal de Salud Hispanic/Latino families find Information on where to obtain affordable and competent services, learn about how to take care of their health to prevent chronic diseases and other illnesses.
