Insurance has confused patients more than ever, since we moved you may have received a letter saying that we no longer accept your insurance, that is not true. It is just under a new address. Please feel free to confirm with your insurance company prior to feeling the need to change Your P*P. 
We apologize for any confusion or chaos this may have caused. We are also being made aware that some insurance companies such as Blue Cross and Blue Shield are no longer an all inclusive plan meaning that even though we accept Blue Cross and Blue Shield, we may not be in their coverage area. I would double check with your insurance company prior to coming to an appointment. We do not make these changes. This is Insurance doing without any notification to us or you the patient therefore we are unable to determine if your plan is considered an out of network until we try to bill your visit. The recommendation is to contact your insurance company prior to coming to avoid any added expenses that you otherwise would not have Had. We are working with all of our patients through this by offering a significant discount in the rate for this disruption.
