All throughout April we celebrate National Move More Month, a time to get up and move for health and happiness.
Physical movement for seniors is important for strengthening bones and muscles, improving balance, and reducing the risk of chronic illnesses. While regular exercise can be challenging for those with physical limitations, our Lilydale community understands that. And we make a point of offering a range of activities and classes designed for seniors of all abilities for all-around safety and wellness.
