There will be a Solar Eclipse on Monday, April 8th, 2024. Our office will be closing in the late morning to observe the event.

Text messaging will be preferred on April 8th.

Allen county and surrounding counties are directly in, or very near the “path of totality”, which means a high volume of traffic entering and exiting the area. Ensure that you prepare appropriately.

Please review your medications/prescription refills next week so that they will be taken care of before the eclipse.

Remember that proper eye protection MUST be worn to observe the eclipse.

Holiday Hours:

It's time to get your flu shot! Do your part in keeping yourself and others healthy this flu season.

Our flu shot clinics are on September 28th and October 4th, and are available to established patients only. We ask that you are "well" and show no signs of illness. Our office will require your most current insurance information at the time of your visit.

We'd like to welcome RN Andrea Kill to our team. Andrea is a Delphos native that has been married to her highschool sweetheart for 13 years. Together they have been blessed with 4 beautiful children. When she is not busy with her kids’ activities, she enjoys camping, kayaking, hiking and just being outdoors.

Andrea comes to us with 16 years of experience as an OB nurse. She is excited for this new opportunity. Welcome!

Please remember that you MUST open your phone to receive calls from our office staff, as well as our new team of office assistants who are working from remote locations.

We have found that patients sometimes forget to "unblock" their phones when awaiting a call from us. In turn, we are repeatedly calling, attempting to reach you or leave a message. This takes up time that we could be using to assist other patients.

Please UNBLOCK all incoming calls so that you can receive our return calls.

We have several new employees that will be assisting our office personnel!

You will have the opportunity to meet our remote staff, Trace, Emma, and Claire, who will be coordinating the retrieval of phone messages. Additionally, they will be scheduling appointments and communicating responses from the doctors and nurse practitioners.

In June, Marissa and Allyson will be helping our front office staff, Kaylee and Corrine.
