We’re looking for someone who loves numbers, stays organized, and enjoys being part of a supportive, growing team! 💙

If you have experience with QuickBooks Online and bookkeeping and you want a part-time role (20+ hrs/week) with room to grow this could be the perfect fit.

What you'd be doing:
✨ Handling invoicing, payments, and basic accounting tasks
✨ Keeping our financial records clean and accurate
✨ Working with our clinical research team to support ongoing studies

What we’re looking for:
✔ QuickBooks Online experience
✔ Bookkeeping/accounting background
✔ Strong Excel skills
✔ Someone dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused

Pay: $18–$22/hr
Location: Lima, OH (in-person)
