Eating them past these timelines can lead to food poisoning and nothing ruins holiday cheer faster than that. Keep it safe, store it right, and when in doubt… throw it out!

Karen is a CR at our North Lima Community Health Center, and this month’s recipient received heartfelt nominations highlighting her dedication, compassion, and unwavering commitment to our patients and our team.

We’re excited to announce the official opening of the Springfield Health Center, located inside Springfield High School and bringing high-quality, convenient care directly to Springfield students and their families.

Beginning December 1, 2025, our team will provide a full range of services right on campus including sports physicals, behavioral health support, routine checkups, and same-day sick visits — to keep students healthy, supported, and ready to learn.

We’re honored to partner with Springfield Schools and thrilled to expand access to care within the school community. Here’s to a healthier future, Springfield! 💛💙

RSV cases rise during the colder months, and babies and young children are especially at risk. When gathering for the holidays, take a few simple steps to protect the smallest members of your family. 💛

How to help protect babies from RSV:
🔵Wash hands often before holding or touching a baby
🔵Keep sick family members at a distance
🔵Clean and disinfect surfaces and toys
🔵Avoid kissing a baby’s face
🔵Don’t let anyone smoke around infants
