⚠️⚠️LEVEL 2 ROADWAY WARNING⚠️⚠️

•The level three roadway warning has been canceled.

At 7:00pm tonight (1/25/2026), Allen County will be under a Level 3 Roadway Warning
————————
Allen County Residents,

I have spoken with Allen County Engineer Brian Rhodes and Road Superintendent Darren Leis. Their crews have worked tirelessly around the clock to clear roadways, and I want to sincerely thank them for their dedication and hard work during this severe winter storm. However, with a storm of this magnitude, maintaining clear roads has become increasingly difficult. In the coming hours, road crews will be forced to suspend operations, and continued snowfall will quickly cover roadways throughout Allen County.

Therefore, at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 25, 2026, a Level 3 Roadway Warning will be issued for Allen County.

Roadways are snow-covered, and many are impassable. Residents should only travel in emergency or essential situations and are urged to use extreme caution. Employers are encouraged to delay or adjust start times for third- and first-shift employees where applicable.

This Level 3 Roadway Warning will remain in effect until late morning on Monday, January 26, 2026.

Thank you for your cooperation, and please join me in thanking our road crews for their continued efforts to keep Allen County safe.

Sincerely,
Matthew B. Treglia
Allen County Sheriff
