Wings - Support and Recovery has scheduled activities at their drop-in centers through the rest of the month! Find out what's happening for both Kenton and Lima locations on their calendars.

📍 Lima location - 529 S Elizabeth St, Lima, OH 45804
📍 Kenton location - 111 E. Columbus St, Kenton, Ohio 43326

Hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30 am-5:00 pm.
🍳 Daily breakfast is from 8:30 am-10:00 am.
🥪 Daily lunch is 12:00 pm-1:00 pm.

Wings - Support and Recovery in Lima offers a drop-in center, peer support services, and recovery support groups.

Wings is a safe, welcoming space with a newly renovated drop-in center. The facility includes a main lounge and hangout area, meeting rooms for support groups, and a rec room for activities. A kitchen also serves daily breakfast and lunch. Most services are free or available at low cost.

📅 This week is the 3rd Friday meeting for the Connection Recovery Support Group!

NAMI Mid-Ohio and Coleman Health Services host this free, peer-led support group on the 1st and 3rd Friday of every month. 📍 It is from 1-2:30pm at Coleman's Lima office in Room 144 (799 S. Main St, Lima, OH).

The group is for any adult who has experienced symptoms of a mental health condition.

Looking for practical and creative ways to support wellbeing?

🎨🎶 The University of Findlay Counseling Services is offering a FREE Expressive Arts Training on May 13.

Participants will explore hands-on activities centered around music, movement, art, and creative self-expression. This training is open to clinical and non-clinical participants.

Wings provides a welcoming, judgment-free environment with a strong support system for individuals navigating addiction or mental health challenges. The drop-in center is open to anyone seeking a positive, supportive space.

At the end of 2025, Katie stepped into the role of Executive Director at Pathways Counseling Center in Ottawa. While we were sad to see her go, we are also incredibly proud to see her step into this leadership role and bring her experience back to her home county. Putnam County is fortunate to have her.

Katie has meant so much to our team and to the work of the MHRSB over the years. She helped increase and improve services and programs for our residents. 💚

She will be deeply missed. We wish her all the best in this exciting new role. Congratulations, Katie! 🙌
