With nearly 40 years in healthcare and 25 years dedicated to revenue cycle and finance, Jim brings an incredible depth of expertise to our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team. His career path includes leadership roles in hospital operations, managed care, revenue cycle consulting, and most recently serving as CFO for a critical access hospital.

In his new role, Jim will lead our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Operations, develop and implement strategies for business process improvements, monitor performance through key indicators and help drive client success.
