I choose to not respond to anger with more anger. ❤️

Some mornings, the news is very heavy.

Wars. Arguments. People hurting each other over things that never seem to end. You read a few lines and already feel the weight of it settling into your chest.

It is easy to feel helpless in those moments.

But I want to remind you of something simple.

Every time you choose not to respond to anger with more anger - that is peace in action. Every time you listen instead of shout, forgive instead of hold on, stay soft in a world that keeps telling you to harden - that matters.

You may not be able to stop a war. But you are not powerless.

The world does not only change through governments and armies. It changes through millions of small human decisions made every single day. In kitchens. In phone calls. In the quiet moment when someone chooses kindness when they didn't have to.

That is your power. And it is real.

Do not let the heaviness of the world take it from you.
