A winter Moon worth looking up for! βοΈπ
Tonight, the Full Snow Moon will blaze at its brightest, brightening the sky with a clean, silvery sheen. Named by early Native American tribes for Februaryβs deep snows, this full Moon feels beautifully right aligned with the very heart of winter tonight.
Under clear skies, the Moon will be visible worldwide and will appear among the stars of the constellation Cancer. Keep an eye on the nearby sky too, not far away, you may notice Regulus, the bright blue-white star called the Heart of the Lion in Leo, bringing a little extra sparkle to the scene as well.
Step outside, take a moment, and savor this calm and classic show of moonlight.
Clear skies, happy Moon watching! π
