Here’s a tip for winter if you experience dry or bloody noses. First do not use any petroleum products, the body does not deal well with these if they enter the digestive or worse, the lungs. Use coconut oil. Put a gob of it on your finger and spread it around in each nostril using your finger or a Q tip. Try to get it as far back and around as you can. Then tilt your head back and let the oil drain down your throat. A much better solution for the body than many alternatives on the market. Once I started doing this nightly, I no longer woke up with bleeding and pain in my nose ☺️💜
