What is a PMHS?

PMHS (Pediatric Mental Health Specialist) is a credential that can be earned by nurse practitioners to demonstrate their competency in caring for the mental health needs of children and adolescents.

I am proud to hold this certification, and love working with families to set children up for their best future. Because our team knows how important mental health is, and how hard it can be to access care, we are now offering a mental health membership! DM for more information!

As parents, we often feel like we need to be all things to all people. Learning to be OK dropping some of the plastic balls is a hard, but important skill. One I am still developing myself!
