Over the last few weeks, we’ve been holding free Sunday community ‘Winter Yoga’ classes led by , collecting non-perishable donations for a local food bank 🤍

We’re so grateful to have dropped off several full bags of food and to have filled the studio with warmth, movement, and connection. We know the holiday season can feel busy and heavy at times, and it means so much that you chose to slow down and spend that time with us.

Our Holiday Potluck wasn’t just a year-end gathering, it felt like a celebration of the people who quietly hold this space together. We’re so grateful for every laugh, every shared dish, every story told over the table. It’s the kind of night that makes you pause and think, “Wow… these are the people who make this studio feel alive.”
