There is something so special about the small acts of kindness that quietly brighten a space and touch the heart.

One of my beautiful students showed up today and brought me these beautiful flowers. It’s moments like this that remind me how powerful simple gestures can be. A small act of thoughtfulness can make someone feel seen, appreciated, and cared for.

This community continues to show me that healing doesn’t just happen on the mat, it happens through kindness, connection, and the love we share with one another.

Thank you for this beautiful reminder that the little things truly matter. My heart is full. 🤍✨

There is something so important about remembering that we are all part of the same community. As a studio owner, I truly believe in supporting other studios, teachers, and spaces that are devoted to healing, growth, and raising the collective vibration. 🤍

Last night I had the pleasure of attending a beautiful evening of Live Chanting & Kundalini with Simrit at LifeForce Academy in Nevada City, and it was such a powerful experience. Being able to step into another sacred space, sit as a student, and receive the teachings is always such a gift.

The music, the energy, the community… it was truly special. Moments like these remind me why this path is so meaningful, we are all here to uplift one another.

Thank you to Simrit and the LifeForce Academy community for creating such a beautiful space for connection and transformation. I left feeling inspired, grateful, and deeply nourished. ✨

Feeling so much gratitude for all of the beautiful women who gathered at Divinity Studio for our “You Are the Oracle” event. ✨

There is something incredibly powerful about women coming together in a sacred space to connect, learn, share wisdom, and trust the guidance already within them. Watching everyone open their intuition, explore oracle cards, and support one another was truly magical.

Thank you to each woman who showed up with an open heart and curious spirit. Your presence, energy, and willingness to explore your inner knowing made the evening so special.

A heartfelt thank you to Kelly Irene of Most True You for leading such a beautiful and empowering experience.

A sweet warm welcome to Bella joining the team at Divinity!

She is a sound healing facilitator and crystal Reiki practitioner devoted to creating intentional spaces for restoration and alignment.

Through immersive sound baths using crystal singing bowls and intentional energy work, she guides individuals into restorative states that support nervous system regulation, emotional clarity, and balance. Her sessions are intuitively led and grounded in safety, presence, and genuine connection.

Her work deepened after becoming a mother — a season that called her to return to herself, reconnect with her inner power, and rediscover her identity as a woman. Through this personal transformation, her practice became not only a modality of healing, but a lived experience of it.

She holds space with the belief that when individuals feel safe enough to soften, they can access their own inner knowing and capacity to heal. Her work is more than a service, it is an invitation to come home to oneself.

We will gently regulate the nervous system, soften the body, and reconnect to the wisdom within. Through breathwork, guided meditation, gentle movement, and intentional stillness, you’ll be supported in releasing what no longer serves and remembering who you’ve always been.

This is not about becoming someone new.
It’s about returning to Her POWER grounded, intuitive, whole.
