Meet our December patient of the month Nichole!

Nichole is a yoga instructor and also the Community Engagement Manager for Girl Scouts Spirits of Nebraska. She asks a lot of her body, and she comes to The Body Lab to stay mobile, strong, and keep pesky gym injuries at bay.

What we love most about Nichole is her commitment to building up strong women, her ability to light up any room, and the way she will turn any setting into a dance party the second a Beyoncé song comes on. Oh, and we don’t hate that she’s our local Girl Scout cookie supplier either. 😉🍪 (Swipe👉🏻for evidence).
