With the Fall sports season starting up again, we are seeing early injuries come into the office. While collegiate and professional programs invest millions of dollars into sports recovery, it is commonly overlooked for high school athletes.

Sports recovery is important for increasing circulation to remove waste products created by the soft tissues during intense exercise. It is also crucial for decreasing the probability of a non-contact-injury occurring.

Our office provides Sports Recovery appointments for local athletes to deal with their every day aches and pains. Sports recovery sessions start at $35 and include cupping, soft tissue mobilization, Normatec compression therapy, and GameReady Cold compression.
