Navigating a journey, seeking therapy, figuring out meanings, setting and reaching goals, transitions in life, and all the “stuff” that comes with that can be scary. I strive to create a safe environment where individuals feel heard which allows space for change. The space created helps guide individuals to recognize their own strengths and learn new skills for growth. Each individual is their own key to discovering their new journey and I am here to help in that discovery. I have experience working with young children, youth, adolescents, young adults, adults, and older persons. In my experiences providing therapeutic services, I have worked with a wide range of concerns that include but are not limited to, youth development, attachment, emotion regulation, grief, domestic violence, marital and relationship issues, parenting concerns, gender identity, sexual identity, trauma, abuse, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, posttraumatic stress disorder, depression, and generalized anxiety. I am currently taking self-pay clients only for both in-person and telehealth sessions. I will provide super bills for out-of-network benefits if accepted by the specific insurance plan.
