Hi, Hive Family! 🐝

With the shifts in the office lately, we wanted to give you a heads up on how are office will be handling insurances starting in May.

Our office will only submit claims for BCBS and Midlands Choice.

Midlands Choice includes many other companies -- like Cigna and Auxiant. Reach out to us if you would like to know if your insurance is included in this.

Not a BCBS or Midlands Choice member? What now?

(1) You will have the option to be a self-pay patient which is often a cheaper or similar cost option. Payment for service is due at the time of the appointment. Reach out to us to have an estimate of cost for your appointments!

(2) You will also have the option to request a superbill from us and submit it to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement + be applied to your deductible.

This decision was difficult to make as we want to make the insurance process easier on our patients, however, we also want to spend our time with YOU and not chasing insurance reimbursements and submitting reauthorizations, etc.

Thank you for understanding the changes in our office allow us to focus less on administrative work and more on your care! 💛

I have some exciting news to share with you. I recently accepted a full time marketing specialist position starting Monday March 2nd with a company here in Nebraska.

If you know me, you know how much I light up when it comes to marketing and creative work. It’s something I’ve loved deeply for years, and stepping into this role feels like the next right chapter for me and my career.

Chiropractic and caring for this community are still incredibly important to me and I do not plan on walking away from that.

What does this mean for you?

The Hive will remain OPEN
Hours will shift to evenings + weekends
I’m still here for you! ❤️

As we wrap up January, I wanted to give a heads up on office closures for February.

Dr. Kenzie has some continuing education days + volleyball tournament in February and that leaves only one Saturday for scheduling.

Please schedule ahead and make sure you have a spot if you prefer coming in on a Saturday. 💛
