A month that always feels full — full of love, family, traditions, and the best food of the year. This season brings out the cheerful side of people, and I love it. 🤍

But this December hits differently… because I get to do the work I love and set the stage for everything coming in the new year. Big goals, big heart, big gratitude. ✨

I’m so excited to be joining Caprice’s Free Mindful Workshop this Saturday, November 1st at 10 AM at Stone Manor at The Andy here in San Antonio! ✨

We’ll be diving into breathing exercises, guided meditation, grounding practices, and self-discovery — plus, everyone will receive a free mindful journal to take home. 🧘‍♀️

🌸 Supporting Breast Cancer Awareness Month 🌸

This month, I’m looking to donate our pink Live Well yoga blocks to local breast cancer foundations here in the San Antonio area. 💕

Our mission has always been about wellness — helping everyone create space for movement, mindfulness, and healing. Having close friends and family who have fought this battle, this cause holds a special place in my heart.

If you know of any local organizations or foundations supporting breast cancer survivors, current fighters, or honoring those we’ve lost, please share them with me. 💗

My goal is to donate to several groups by the end of the month and help spread a little more love, balance, and strength in our community.
