Introducing ATLAS Rehab Strength and Performance! (Formerly Delta Chiropractic).

I've been working hard behind the scenes to recreate the brand in a way that encompasses more of the vision I've had from the start: to help those at all stages overcome the obstacles they're facing.

Whether the obstacle is a sprained ankle or a chasing new PR out on the field, track, or in the gym, I want to help you get through it!

While I feel like I demonstrate that with my actions and treatment approach, I believe the new look and name make this more clear.

ATLAS continues to offer high-quality personalized care to support you wherever you are on your journey. The name and look have changed, but the commitment to helping you overcome life's obstacles hasn't.

When injury happens it's important to take a step back and assess, but it doesn't mean you need to stop your training all together.

Rehab can be built into your program to ensure you're still making progress toward your fitness goals!

If you're working through your programming, but are constantly held back by aches and pains maybe it's time to reach out for some assistance.

It was a lot of fun being surrounded by highly motivated lifters who know how to make training fun!

Powerlifting hasn't been a priority over the summer, but I couldn't help but get amped up by these guys!

Move with intent.

Whether it's rehab or strength training quality of movement matters.

Make sure you get the most out of your training. If you've got a goal in mind make sure each rep is pushing you toward it, not setting you back.

Quality movement leads to better results and lowers risk of injury.

The way you move matters!

Not just because a movement may be good or bad, but because the movements you choose to do should be picked because they help you reach your desired goal.

What are you reaching for when you exercise, set a program, or schedule tasks?

Is your goal strength? Better mobility or stability?

It's important to remember what you're working for. Constantly reassess and adjust to make sure you are working toward something and not just spinning your wheels.

Know what you're working for.

Move with intent.

Stay focused.
