I apologize to all who may have noticed an influx in invoices in their email inbox today. After writing off a couple thousand dollars worth of invoices, I sent out overdue invoices and ask that people consider paying if they are able. I would like to clean up the remaining $3967 in outstanding invoices if at all possible because my accountant is giving me the side eye. The majority of these bills are medications, as well as some who signed up their families for membership, had a couple visits that month then never paid the bill or came back in.

I will always say that your healthcare is more important than money so if you are not able to pay your bill, come chat with me...I am always up for a good barter.

For the month of March (or while supplies last) come in for an IV hydration and nutrition session with Tri-Immune boost which contains vitamin C, zinc and the "master antioxidant" glutathione for only $100. The tagline for this article is that "2026 is on track to be the most expensive year in Healthcare history...until next year". The costs of Healthcare are rising at an astronomical rate. Not knowing how much your care will cost is a huge stressor for all of us. Utilizing the DPC model and practicing price transparency is how I am doing my part to keep Healthcare costs as low as possible. Happy New Year! On January 1 each year I like to spend some time in reflection of successes and opportunities for improvement that I experienced over the previous year. I don't make NYE resolutions, but I do like to make plans and reflect on goals. While watching the news this morning I saw a psychologist on a segment who said "resolutions without plans are just wishes". This was so insightful and I appreciate that she was able to put my thoughts into words there. I would like to extend a challenge to all who are reached by this post...pick a goal for 2026 and outline a plan to help you achieve it! We've got this!
