Erica has been busy this past week bringing smiles and connection to our community while sharing CHP’s mission 💙

She kicked things off by creating “Sunny Sundaes” for the residents at Edgewood Vista Hastings on Sunday 🍨☀️ and wrapped up the week hosting a fun game of Jeopardy at Westfield Quality Care of Aurora alongside Tracy, their amazing Activities Director!

We love seeing our team out in the community making meaningful connections and brightening days wherever they go 😊

March was full of meaningful connections and community moments for CHP! 💚 From our team QAPI meeting at Gateway Vista to our amazing marketers, Michelle and Erica, hosting a fun volleyball game at Nye Square 🏐 and sharing an informative presentation at the York Senior Center—it was a month to remember.

We’re so grateful for everyone who participated and helped make these events a success. We can’t wait to see what the rest of April has in store! ✨

This past Saturday Community Healthcare Partners was excited to be part of such a welcoming event where guests toured the beautiful community and met Tabitha Health's GracePointe leadership team.
