A home yoga practice truly is, for me, one of the most venerable practices. Free from performance and competition. No need to have a cute outfit or a pricey mat. No cost. No running late. There when you need it, day or night. You get to play any music you want.

As a yoga teacher, in the classes I lead I love helping others build a “tool box” so that they can practice anywhere, anytime, with any teacher or alone and feel confident.

How is your home practice going? Or do you only practice in a group class? Theres no wrong way!

Transition and change can be so amazing and positive - so it is with all the good energy that I settle in to New-vember! I’ve got some personal life things going on, and how fitting is it that November brings all the autumn lessons of letting go, resting, resetting, and embracing change?

Today was the last Sunday Sunroom Yoga, but November will bring in Thursday evening Grow with the Flow in the sunroom at 6pm. AND there is a link in my bio to register!

I’m also working on my November Monarch Integrative schedule, but my Ritual Yoga schedule will remain the same - Tuesday evenings at 6pm.

There are some schedule changes coming our way. My partner has been promoted at work (YAY!), and that’s means his schedule will be shifting. October 20 will be the last regular Sunday morning sunroom yoga so I can focus on family responsibilities on Sunday mornings.

That said, a new Thursday evening sunroom (or moon room once the sun starts setting early 😉) class is coming! That’s where I need your input. What time is a good start time for a Thursday evening class? Comment below if you’re someone interested in and available for a Thursday evening class.
