Stay safe on the roads this winter by getting your vehicle and yourself ready for the season! ⛈️❄️🚘

𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝗮𝘀 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻:
🚘 Make sure your windshield wipers are not worn and be sure to check all of the vehicle’s fluid levels.
🚘 Check to make sure your tires are properly inflated and that they have sufficient tread.
🚘 Always keep your gas tank at least two-thirds full. If you get stranded, you want to be sure you have enough gas to keep your vehicle running to stay warm.
🚘 Dress warmly for the weather—dress in layers of loose-fitting, lightweight clothing in anticipation of unexpected winter weather emergencies.
🚘 Always carry an emergency car care kit that contains jumper cables, flares or reflectors, windshield washer fluid, a small ice scraper, traction material, blankets, non-perishable food, water, and a first aid kit.
🚘 Make sure someone is aware of your travel route.
🚘 Always carry a cell phone and charger.
We hope you're never in an emergency situation, but it is by far better to be prepared in case!

Early detection saves lives. A monthly breast self exam can help you notice changes and start the conversation with your doctor. Here's how to do it:
1️⃣ In Front of a Mirror
👉 Look for changes in size, shape, or skin (dimpling, swelling, redness)
👉 Check ni***es for changes or discharge
👉 Place hands on hips and flex chest muscles - watch for differences between sides

2️⃣ In the Shower
👉 Use the pads of your 3 middle fingers to check your entire breast and armpit
👉 Apply light, medium, and firm pressure
👉 Feel for lumps, knots, or thickened areas

3️⃣ Lying Down
👉 Place a pillow under your shoulder and right arm behind your head
👉 Use the opposite hand to check your breast and armpit with light, medium, and firm pressure
👉 Don't forget to check both breasts

🔔 Remember: breasts are naturally asymmetrical, but if you notice a new lump, change, or anything unusual, contact your healthcare provider.
