Stay safe on the roads this winter by getting your vehicle and yourself ready for the season! โ›ˆ๏ธโ„๏ธ๐Ÿš˜

๐Ÿš˜ Make sure your windshield wipers are not worn and be sure to check all of the vehicleโ€™s fluid levels.
๐Ÿš˜ Check to make sure your tires are properly inflated and that they have sufficient tread.
๐Ÿš˜ Always keep your gas tank at least two-thirds full. If you get stranded, you want to be sure you have enough gas to keep your vehicle running to stay warm.
๐Ÿš˜ Dress warmly for the weatherโ€”dress in layers of loose-fitting, lightweight clothing in anticipation of unexpected winter weather emergencies.
๐Ÿš˜ Always carry an emergency car care kit that contains jumper cables, flares or reflectors, windshield washer fluid, a small ice scraper, traction material, blankets, non-perishable food, water, and a first aid kit.
๐Ÿš˜ Make sure someone is aware of your travel route.
๐Ÿš˜ Always carry a cell phone and charger.
We hope you're never in an emergency situation, but it is by far better to be prepared in case!

Early detection saves lives. A monthly breast self exam can help you notice changes and start the conversation with your doctor. Here's how to do it:
1๏ธโƒฃ In Front of a Mirror
๐Ÿ‘‰ Look for changes in size, shape, or skin (dimpling, swelling, redness)
๐Ÿ‘‰ Check ni***es for changes or discharge
๐Ÿ‘‰ Place hands on hips and flex chest muscles - watch for differences between sides

2๏ธโƒฃ In the Shower
๐Ÿ‘‰ Use the pads of your 3 middle fingers to check your entire breast and armpit
๐Ÿ‘‰ Apply light, medium, and firm pressure
๐Ÿ‘‰ Feel for lumps, knots, or thickened areas

3๏ธโƒฃ Lying Down
๐Ÿ‘‰ Place a pillow under your shoulder and right arm behind your head
๐Ÿ‘‰ Use the opposite hand to check your breast and armpit with light, medium, and firm pressure
๐Ÿ‘‰ Don't forget to check both breasts

๐Ÿ”” Remember: breasts are naturally asymmetrical, but if you notice a new lump, change, or anything unusual, contact your healthcare provider.
