Happy New Year!! Welcome to 2026.

A new year doesn’t require a new version of you. 💛

If you’re feeling hopeful, tired, motivated, overwhelmed—or all of the above—you’re not alone. This time of year is less about perfection and more about intention. Small, consistent choices add up, especially when it comes to your health and nervous system.

As we step into this new year, give yourself permission to move at your own pace, listen to your body, and choose support when you need it. You don’t have to do everything at once—you just have to take the next step.

Here’s to a year of balance, growth, and feeling more at home in your body.

Happy New Year ✨

As we transition into a new year, your nervous system plays a huge role in how your body handles stress, sleep, focus, and overall well-being.

Chiropractic care supports nervous system alignment, helping your body move out of survival mode and into a state where it can heal, regulate, and thrive. It’s not about pushing harder—it’s about creating a strong foundation.

The holidays are full of joy, connection, and special moments—but they can also be incredibly demanding on your body and nervous system.

Between travel, late nights, rich foods, busy schedules, and big emotions, it’s common to feel tight, tired, overstimulated, or “off” once Christmas is over. That doesn’t mean you did anything wrong—it means your body has been working hard to adapt.

Chiropractic care supports the nervous system so your body can better transition out of constant fight or flight and into rest and digest, where healing, recovery, and regulation happen.

This week between Christmas and New Year’s is a perfect time to pause, reset, and give your body the support it needs—so you can head into the new year feeling more grounded, rested, and aligned.

We wish you a Merry Christmas! Have a great day relaxing with your family.

Heading out of town for the holidays? 🚗✈️

Travel can be exciting—but long car rides, flights, and changes in routine can be hard on your body. A little intention goes a long way in keeping your spine and nervous system happy while you’re on the move.

✨ Travel tips to feel your best:
• Take movement breaks when driving or flying—stand up, stretch, and reset often
• Use a small pillow or rolled towel for low back support
• Keep hips level when sitting to reduce strain on your spine
• Stay hydrated to support muscle function and reduce tension

Supporting your body during travel helps you arrive feeling better, sleep easier, and enjoy more quality time with family. If travel tends to leave you stiff or sore, chiropractic care can help your body adapt to the stress so you can focus on making memories—not managing discomfort.

Safe travels and happy holidays from our office!

Family time is wonderful… but let’s be honest—it can be overstimulating.

When your nervous system is supported, your body handles stress better so you can enjoy the chaos a little more.

60 Seconds to Reset: Box Breathing 🧘‍♀️

Feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated, or just plain frazzled? You’re not alone—and your nervous system is probably asking for a quick break.
✨ Try, Box Breathing ✨
A simple, powerful breathing technique that calms your brain, lowers stress, and brings you back into balance—in just 60 seconds.
Here’s how to do it:
⬛ Inhale for 4 counts
⬛ Hold for 4 counts
⬛ Exhale for 4 counts
⬛ Hold for 4 counts
Repeat the box for 4 rounds (1 minute total)

💡 Try it between errands, before bed, in the carpool line or while youre reading this post! Pair it with a few drops of calming essential oil or after your adjustment for extra nervous system support.
You don’t need a vacation—you just need 60 seconds.
