How cute is this gentleman!? 😍 I had a wonderful time meeting folks (besides Carl here) at the University of Nebraska Foundation for their health and wellness fair today! It's always an honor to get the chance to speak about craniofascial therapy, because it's such profound but indescribable work! More and more clients tell me that they're sleeping better, having fewer migraines and headaches, and finding a deep sense of peace and reduced anxiety. I love that CFT is having this impact on people. I hear the same from parents with neurodivergent kids; they're seeing better sleep, fewer outbursts, calmer kids. I'd love more invitations to talk about my work and connect with the people who I'm meant to support!

I can't begin to express how grateful I am for the journey I am on. Recently I have had so many fantastic new clients, and joyful and supportive sessions with long term clients too. The more authentically I show up, the more my circle does too. I am a weird little witchy, alien, goblin with one foot in the metaphysical and one foot in the scientific realms.

I have lived experience with MTHFR gene mutations, hypermobility, MCAS. I understand the experience of my clients with the same profile: hEDS, POTS, AuDHD, anxiety, cPTSD, etc. I see the pattern of lip ties and tethered spinal cord and other fascial restrictions in these clients. I know what it feels like to be in chronic inflammation and to feel like being in a body is inherently unbearable. My space and my work is to support you, I know you are your own highest authority. And zebra mothers, crunchy feral mamas, chronically overstimulated and over-caffinated moms... I see all of you, and I know your journey well. You are welcome here.

At the same time, my experience with craniofascial therapy is deeply intuitive and magical, sometimes following the fascia into deep emotional wounds and allowing your physical and emotional bodies to meet again. Sometimes we include channeled messages, Oracle cards, energy clearing and Reiki if you're open to them and I feel called to do so. In my own journey, I focused exclusively on physical healing, until I got to the point where I had to open myself to healing emotionally and spiritually, and things get kinda weird there. Anyone on that path can tell you that all things are connected, and the more I understand our fascial web, I also know that is true. Successful and deep healing is a combination of physical treatments and emotional processing.

It has taken me a lot of work to get through imposter syndrome, healer money mindset blocks... I finally own my authority and gifts, and I am so grateful to be invited to share them with you. It really is an honor to get the opportunity to recharge you to keep your chin up out there, thank you so much for allowing me to support my community this way. See you soon.

I tried for so long to control my burnout. Circling the drain for years, desperately trying to create a social safety net and find people to catch me. Eventually I had to accept that I was fully underwater, and to let myself go down the drain. But it turns out that you can truly flow into the spaces you are meant to be, into the relationships that heal and inspire you, into the joy and peace you crave, when you just accept that your need for control was killing you. Let go of all the ways you think you will create a step by step path through life to your goals. Instead, accept and trust that you will flow into ease and peace and abundance, embody that feeling, and release your fears, judgements, expectations. It's not easy, I know personally that I fought so hard to control my life that it broke me. My mask cracked, my priorities shifted, my spoons dwindled. That is why I am so passionate about supporting others going through the same things. I love that my job is supporting your healing journey. Inspiring growth, easing pain, reminding you to put your mind and spirit back in your body. I love you, I'm here for you. See you soon.

🌱🪷😍 This right here. It is an act of bravery, especially in our current climate culturally... it is bold and brave to water yourself first. Be the cup that overflows into your loved ones, instead of trying to find more for them when yours is empty. And it's radical to do so! Yesterday I talked to someone about radical love. We must embody it for ourselves, for our families, neighbors, friends.
