It was another red face workout today at Three Pillars Performance (you can see my cheeks match my electrolyte package🤣🤣. Shout out to Coach Logan for creating some awesome programming for me and his other clients and for sharing this electrolyte drink with me. Moving our bodies daily is so important but without proper hydration and nutrition, we can find ourselves struggling to recover.
What is your favorite form of movement and recovery strategy??! I try to get 2-3 strength training sessions a week with walks and yoga on the other days. My favorite recovery modality is using the foam roller and adding hydration packs to my water!
