This week our community came together to honor the bravery, service, and sacrifices of the incredible veterans who call our community home. We were humbled to recognize 30+ veteran residents and team members, including three WWII veterans whose stories and strength continue to inspire us all.

Thank you to everyone who attended, shared memories, and helped make this week so meaningful. A special thank-you to Interim Healthcare of Lincoln, TheKey Lincoln, and Visiting Angels for their support in helping us create such a beautiful and memorable program — we couldn’t have done it without you.

We are grateful today and every day for the heroes among us. ❤️🤍💙

Our residents have shelves outside of their apartments. These are a great way for our residents to share their stories. Evelyn’s husband cut these wooden figures in his wood shop and she painted them, what a great team.
