Our mission is to provide exceptional patient care and improve the digestive health of our patients! We are committed to teamwork and helping one another.

Gastroenterologists are physicians who specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the esophagus, stomach, intestines, gall bladder liver and pancreas including colon cancer, irritable bowel syndrome, acid reflux, liver disease, Crohn's disease and other digestive problems. Gastroenterology Specialties, PC was founded in Lincoln, Nebraska on July 1, 1988 by 4 physicians. We have grown into one of the largest private gastroenterology practices in the Midwest. Our awarded winning team of physicians and staff provide the highest quality care for our patients. Our physicians specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the digestive system. Our Mission is to provide exceptional patient care and improve the overall digestive health of our patients. We hold the following core values for our team to help us achieve this goal:

We're so excited to announce the addition of a new Physician Assistant to our Practice! Please help us welcome Jackson Lamb to our Gastroenterology Specialties family!

Jackson graduated from Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, Iowa with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2020. He then went on to obtain his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2023 where he was inducted into the Pi Alpha National Honor Society. He is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. He began his career working in Acute Care Surgery/Trauma at Nebraska Medicine prior to joining Gastroenterology Specialties in December 2025.

We had a spook-tacular time celebrating Halloween with a pumpkin decorating contest and costume party! Our team’s creativity and sense of humor truly shined this year.

Congratulations to our winning pumpkin — this one really took care of business! 💩 Featuring colon prep instructions, a bottle of Miralax, and some Gatorade, it was fully prepped and ready for the procedure! 😄

A huge thank-you to everyone who participated in the pumpkin contest and those who dressed up — your creativity and spirit made this year’s celebration a real treat! 🧡
