Celerion is the privately owned CRO formed through the acquisition of the development and regulatory services consultancy and early clinical development operations of MDS Pharma Services. The focus of the company is providing comprehensive early clinical research and bioanalytical services to the drug development community. Although the name of the company is new, Celerion is committed to the same level of service excellence on which MDS Pharma Services built its reputation. This word reflects one of our founding principles: to deliver services that enable clients to get products to market faster. It also underlies another key goal of the business: to assist clients in making informed go/no-go decisions on compounds in development as early as possible.
