Thank you to everyone who is calling us or sending MyChart messages letting us know that you need medication refills. Apparently, the CVS pharmacies have been sending refill requests “to us” using the wrong fax number. We are trying to have them correct this. All the refill requests “sent to your doctor but they never responded” actually did not come to us at all. Maybe we will start the New Year with communications coming through to us! Happy New Year (almost)!
