Jorgenson Physical Therapy has announce closure of their offices beginning December 30, 2025.
We want to reassure our patients that this change will not affect Revitalift Aesthetic Center. We will continue to operate in the same location offering the same services, appointments, and exceptional care you have come to expect. While there may be some visual or logistical changes within the space are commitment to our patients remains unchanged.
