🎁 Spreading Holiday Cheer with BraveBe

We came together to support the BraveBe Child Advocacy Center holiday gift giving program by sponsoring Lincoln families in need and helping to make their holidays a little bit brighter. Thanks to the generosity of Team NOC, we were able to donate gifts to four local families.

We love opportunities like this to give back to our community and we're very proud of our team for shining a little extra light this holiday season!

❄️ Cold weather is just a part of life here in Nebraska...

Follow these easy warm up tips before heading out the door:

● March in place, take a short indoor walk, or slowly swing your arms to increase your circulation.

● Try small arm circles, shoulder rolls, or slow twists from side to side to relieve tension in the upper body.

● Light stretches for your calves, hamstrings, lower back, and neck can reduce strain and help prevent injury.

● Warm ups don't have to be fast or intense. The goal is to ease your body into movement safely and comfortably.

- Thursday, November 27: All NOC locations will be closed

- Friday, November 28: Clinic closed & NOC Ortho Quick Care open 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
